Jim Wagner
Managing Director

Following a successful career in sales and marketing with companies including Hallmark Cards, Jim joined MRI, a national search firm, in 1994. Building on this success, Jim and a former MRI colleague established Gerard Alexander Consulting. Now under a new name, Alexander Consulting, Jim entered the executive search industry because it matched the basic philosophies he had learned from past mentors. “The essence of business is simply people doing business with people you trust. Executive search is about people—identifying and matching the right candidate with the right company.” Originally from Boston, Jim earned his BS in Government from Suffolk University.
Rick Glaesser
Economic Analyst

Rick spent most of his career in politics, public affairs, economic analysis and advertising in Toronto. At Alexander Consulting, he is focusing his expertise on analyzing labor trends to build and maintain our medical education division. Rick holds a Bachelor’s degree with a major in economics from the University of Toronto.
Kris House
Director Account Services

Kris heads up the account services division of Alexander Consulting. A native Mid-Westerner, Kris spent the last ten years in marketing, sales and management in tourism and recreation. Utilizing this background, Kris excels at filling the hiring needs of clients, as well as marketing strong talent. Kris attended the University of Nebraska with a focus on business management.

Stacy Wagner
Director Business Development

A native Floridian, Stacy began recruiting for hospitals in 1993, and four years later, she focused her recruiting expertise on placing talent in healthcare communications. At Alexander Consulting, Stacy’s main area of focus is business development and creative staff. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in education from the University of South Florida.
