| Contingency: This fee is a percentage of the candidate’s
first year of compensation. Quite simply, the fee is charged when a
successful hire is made.
Retained: This fee-approach is billed in three equal parts: 1/3
at the start of a search, 1/3 when we present a short list of candidates
to be interviewed, and 1/3 upon completion and an offer has been
extended and accepted. This arrangement offers you dedicated resources
and weekly accountability regarding our progress on your search. |
