In today’s economy, the cost per hire is a growing concern. We understand that our service is critical but not inexpensive. What is overlooked is what we provide and save you. So ask yourself the following:

  • How easy is it to find qualified candidates from a stack of unusable resumes?
  • How much does it cost to advertise the position?
  • How much time can you afford to waste sifting through useless resumes?
  • Is it worth it to have the position open for weeks while the work piles up?

Our guess is, it's not.

Contingency: This fee is a percentage of the candidate’s first year of compensation. Quite simply, the fee is charged when a successful hire is made.

Retained: This fee-approach is billed in three equal parts: 1/3 at the start of a search, 1/3 when we present a short list of candidates to be interviewed, and 1/3 upon completion and an offer has been extended and accepted. This arrangement offers you dedicated resources and weekly accountability regarding our progress on your search.

Management Fee: This fee includes being billed on a per hour bases. There are many benefits to this approach: fixed measured costs, control of length, accountability and ownership of all candidates presented. If you require multiple hires for a similar position (i.e., 3 project directors), you will see some dramatic savings.
